Key Purposes
1. Recording Cash Receipts Transactions:
- Users can encode cash receipts transactions either through the dashboard or the sidebar.
- The system allows for adding new customers directly if they are not already in the database.
2. Customer Management:
- Users can select existing customers or add new ones on the fly.
- The system accommodates dual roles for customers, allowing them to be tagged as both customers and vendors.
3. Detailed Transaction Entries:
- The module captures various transaction details, including document references (purchase orders or sales invoices), date of collection, mode of collection (cash, check, debit/credit card, bank/electronic transfer), and deposit location.
- It facilitates detailed input of products or services associated with the transaction, including quantity, description, sales price, and total price.
4. Adjustments and Discounts:
- Users can apply discounts by rate or amount and specify applicable value-added taxes (VAT) and withholding taxes.
- The system automatically computes totals, including VAT and discount amounts.

- The module allows for adding remarks and attaching documents to transactions.
- Users can duplicate transactions for recurring entries, export transactions to PDF, and manage the status of transactions through approval workflows.
